Steinar Friðgeirsson is the CEO of RARIK Energy Development. Steinar was the managing director of the technical division of RARIK 1984-2003 and the development division 2004-2008. He has amongst other things been a member of committees associated with companies such as SÍR (Federation of Icelandic Electric-works), Samorka (Icelandic Energy and Utilities), NORDEL, and Eurelectric. Steinar was the president of the Icelandic Engineer Association 2003-2007.

Bryndís Tryggvadóttir works for RARIK Energy Developement summer 2011. She is a student in environmental and civil engineering at the University of Iceland.
